By using the Tarh platform, you fully acknowledge and agree to all of the following terms:

1. Registration and Use

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.

• Tarh reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates the terms of use or contains false information.

2. Bid Submission

• Project owners must provide clear and accurate information about each tender.

• Participating companies are required to submit technical and financial proposals in accordance with the published tender documents.

3. Subscription and Fees

• Tarh’s services are offered in exchange for a nominal annual subscription fee, payable upon registration or renewal.

• Tarh reserves the right to modify the annual fee at any time, with prior notice to users before the changes take effect.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once the account is activated, unless a technical issue prevents the user from accessing the service.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on the platform (including text, logos, designs, and reports) is the intellectual property of Tarah and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

5. Disclaimer

• Tarh is not responsible for inaccurate information submitted by users.

• The evaluation and awarding of bids is carried out by the project owner, and Tarah is not liable for the outcomes of such decisions.

6. Amendments

• Tarh reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform.

7. Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities within the Kingdom.
